Privatisation.

The history has proved that the private property on manufactures, develops more effectively, than state. Many states privatised possession of tsars, kings and the state, and always after privatisation the people were not happy. Therefore I offer on your consideration such method of privatisation in territory of Belarus.

Give to us, our money!
Market conditions have forced Lukashenko to sell till 2011 in a private property belonging to the people: the Enterprises, office buildings, available housing, roads, wood and ground grounds in cost approximately in 32 billion dollars. To transfer in a private property it is necessary but, unfortunately, Lukashenko has not specified, who will manage our money? Each Byelorussian will lose approximately 320 thousand dollars. I wish to receive the share and many times offered Lukashenko that the National Bank of Byelorussia has divided balance cost of economy into actions and have translated into privatisation accounts to all citizens of Belarus fifty-fifty. The owner of the account has the right to take away actions or money. The Bank is obliged to sell not demanded actions through auction and to return to the owner money. I suggest to divide to all citizens of Belarus fifty-fifty, including children born in day of the beginning of privatisation. Day of the beginning of privatisation will define the people on a referendum. Some will tell, to divide that there is nothing our factories old. But if collectives specify before privatisation of a direction of development and planned profit after reconstruction collective and walls from factory will appear, are attractive to investors. The charm corporatization consists that each person will have the «a bread piece». Shareholders will select the chief executive and as soon as profit to decrease will dismiss incapable and will employ another. Look that occurs in the world to the private companies. The owner is not capable to operate the company, the company has gone bankrupt. The private trader has sold the company and has for itself a bread piece and that people working in the company have. Other private trader has bought and has typed already other workers and has achieved profit. Lukashenko does not wish to divide fifty-fifty, and here the Constitution of Byelorussia obliges to divide fifty-fifty.
Article 3 says.« Unique source of the government and the sovereignty carrier in the Republic of Belarus are the people ». To the people belongs both the power, and economy, therefore Lukashenko is obliged to ask through a referendum. Whether the People agree, to give own money to oligarchs. If you agree to divide fifty-fifty then Constitution Article 35 grants the right to the People to gather for meeting and to demand. Privatisation through a referendum! That is characteristic, Lukashenko À.Ã. The president of Byelorussia, it is natural it is not interested to share with the people. It also as well as all heads of the states carrying out privatisation will take for itself (himself) a piece of a national pie. But the most interesting, from the offer to carry out thus privatisation the opposition has refused. On May, 21st, 2008, the presidium of the Belarus social-democratic party as a part of 13 persons has unanimously supported my offer and has obliged Chairman of the party Levkovich À to prepare the reference to the people with an appeal to gather for meeting. However Levkovich À has ignored the presidium decision motivating with that the people will not support the offer to divide property fifty-fifty. Other leaders of political parties have refused my offer also. Answers of the power to my references will be published.
