The power station using a wind power collected cones, will make settlement quantity of the electric power irrespective of speed of a wind and a direction. Cones I have sent the description of the project of concentration of a strength of wind in embassy of Japan ten years ago and as result, the Japanese firm builds in Arabian emirates in the city of Dubai, in which strength of wind will rotate skyscraper about the axis house and to provide houses adjoining to it with the electric power.

A work principle.

The strength of wind entering into a cone from the expanded party of a cone, increases in direct ratio to the size of the area at an exit from a cone. Force of resistance of condensed pressure of a wind, will depend on an angle of slope of walls of a cone. It follows from this that it is possible to receive settlement pressure by increase in the area of a cone at an input and an angle of slope of walls of a cone. The pressure of a wind concentrated by a cone, will press on the rotor blade, forcing to rotate a shaft on which the generator anchor is established. That the wind constantly changes a direction, it is necessary 3 to establish a cone round a rotor 1 fig. 2 see. Cones to establish so that the pressure stream would be displaced concerning an axis of a rotor 1 fig. 2 see. That at strong flaws pressure upon blades of a rotor 2 was constant and close to settlement quantity watt, the bottom walls of cones should be mobile, and are established on axes fig. 7 see. On mobile walls to make breakering a wing fig. 7 see. At flaws exceeding settlement pressure, a wind will press on breakering a wing 3, forcing to reveal walls of cones for a wind easy access. That mobile walls have been closed at a light breeze, axes 4 should be displaced from the wall centre of gravity so that, force, weight, a wall, held it in the closed position fig. 7 see. At correctly calculated angle of slope of walls of cones and their quantity, pressure upon rotor blades will be constant because of energy of draughts. The strength of wind pressing on the rotor blade established at an angle concerning a rotor axis, will raise a rotor to top. That will reduce deterioration of basic bearings and force of a friction. The power station can be used for maintenance of one house, for works in an independent mode, on islands, in deserts. Considering that at small height from an earth surface constantly there is an atmosphere movement, it is possible to calculate the optimum area of cones and to create a many-tier design capable to provide requirement of the consumer.
