There is a question on how to unite nations of the world in uniform economic space, that is to make borders transparent and not to admit criminality migration? It follows from this that it is necessary to search for other way of association which will reduce the prices. The competition can reduce the prices only, therefore on globe the set of the states with transparent borders for movement of the goods and means of production, but not passing criminality should be created. I suggest uniting all states in uniform economic space through formation of self-supporting borders which symbolically will divide the people compactly living on globe. Customs of the small people will be kept and political independence is restored. I suggest considering such variant of the law “The device of borders”.
