About a new election system.

Now the machinery of state is estimated hundreds thousand "bureaucrats". Which do not bear responsibility for irrational use of national money. To forge elections it will be impossible because voters still had contract copy. To execute pre-election pledges will force court. Therefore business will develop stably. To begin war it will be impossible because the majority will not sign such contract draught, as will lead to disarmament. And them it is impossible to change that the people have signed all conditions for state development in the contract with the head of the state to following elections, need for the parliament maintenance disappears. Laws, that is orders for the period of a validity will be published by the head of the state and will bear responsibility.
